Will be released on aug 15th , Sathyam will be a complete makeover movie for actor Vishal for the inspector role he has donned. Nayantara plays the lead lady role and Kannada actor Upendra plays the antagonist. Directed by debutante A. Rajasekhar, an associate of Suresh Krishna, the movie is expected to make some noise at the box office register.

Vishal Krishna plays the law-abiding police inspector for the first time in this movie. His image makeover is already being accepted by his huge fan followers. The film is about police encounters which is a very prominent issue regarding the laws of India. In that order, Vishal’s role runs parallel to Surya’s in Kaakha Kaakha. Nayantara plays a daring television journalist. Her relationship with the protagonist adds fuel to her investigation and in tracking down the baddies.

Harris Jayaraj’s music has taken a backseat in Sathyam with desperate attempts to add oomph to the songs which perhaps makes the lowest point in Harris’ career so far.
